An afternoon off!

Its difficult to express the journey over the last few days. I feel I have seen the enemy and known the presence of God in the middle of a fearful atmosphere. I have just written a long blog and cant believe it has just disappeared! God's love is at the centre of Kanlungan. I feel I am witnessing what it means to follow Jesus through the power of prayer and obedience to Him. The whole family of workers and children know the transformation of their lives, because of how they live. Jesus is the vine and they are so certainly attached to Him.
Pray for health for the team please.

Dear Jen
Althought what you all witnessed yesterday must have been so hard , take comfort in this; the presence of you all being there saved those children from being 'rescued'.
Will blog some more later, am off to Beacon now.

Jen sounds like you're having a tough time. The worst thing about being away is catching illness so I will certainly be praying for the team!
God will be working through you at this time and around you. Do not lose courage at the sight of the enemy because like in the Bible when the scales fall from your eyes you will see you are surrounded by angels who will never let you falter.
Much love
